What is an in-house Recruiter?

In-house recruiters are recruiters assigned to hospital and health systems around the country that recruit specifically for their particular system. They are not considered “head-hunters”, rather they are considered human resource recruiters for their organization. They normally are not paid a fee for each recruitment so placement of a highly qualified provider is their number one goal versus just filling a quota. NWSPR is a conglomerate of traditional physician recruiters in the Northwest serving their local communities.
