What is NWSPR?

The Northwest Staff Physician Recruiters (NWSPR) is an organization comprised of in-house recruiters located in hospitals and health systems within the northwest region of the United States. We are an organization designed to provide assistance to recruiters and healthcare providers searching for available job opportunities and resources with which to provide better customer service, while providing avenues for up-to-date information regarding recruitment and practices. It is our organization’s ultimate goal to provide assistance to our respective employers and fellow recruiters to better the overall healthcare provided in our communities.
